Afterlands bug, repeatedly popup text window.

Brief bug summary:
When doing the afterlands, I finished the mob kill quest 50 balrogs and mushrooms, and when trying to bring the sun up, I repeatedly get a popup window.

Steps to reproduce: Finish fighting mushroom and balrogs, 50 each>go to town/place with the sun>attack key to bring sun up>popup window
