Stuck at Alien Base: The Cell of General Holding

Is anyone able to help me with this?

I was working on a request line at NLC, and now I'm stuck at the Alien Base: The Cell of General Holding. Unable to click Glorp the Guard, the portal isn't taking me anywhere and not able to use the Teleport Stone.

Just hope someone able to get me out from there.
