Brief bug summary: In some instances, entering Pollo and Fritto portals will cause your buffs to break. You can use attacks, but casting buffs will do nothing.

More details: I've noticed that it happens a lot on my Wind Archer. Thing is, I have no idea what causes it to happen in the first place. Makes it very annoying since the only way to fix it is to CC, enter AH, or enter Cash Shop. Supposedly it breaks in certain conditions, but I have no idea what those conditions are.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter a Bounty Hunter portal, usually happens with Pollo more than Fritto.
2. Cast buffs either during or after the Pollo run, and sometimes buffs will break.
