AB magnus unlock questline not showing up

I've done all the AB quests listed at https://maplestory.fandom.com/wiki/Quests/23, yet Beldr does not have a quest for me at all, so I can't start the Magnus storyline. Google has been fruitless.

    Check all quest in the available, in progress window under the Angelic Buster and Heliseum section.

    The first quest for Angelic Buster pre-quest is called "Where's Kaiser?" and is in the Heliseum section.

    It will be under "Heliseum", rather than "Angelic Buster", as Rexaar mentioned.
