Evan new Hyper Passive Skills Boosts?

Y in the 3 last KMS Skill Balancing Evan doesn't got boost?
And if he got something, it was useless
Only for Spell Mastery Critical on Wand increased from 3% to 5% and cast action removed from Hero Will(and he still has the old effect of Hero Will)

At least increase the mobs hit for Earth Breath from 4 to 6 ~ 8

I think that Evan at least needs to get new Hyper Passive Skills Boosts 9 skills instead of 12(cuz it 2 much compared to other classes) that it also merged all the Mir skills and Fushion skills boost into 1 Instead to sperated them

Mana Burst - Reinforce
20% dmg
Mana Burst - Extra Target
+1 hit
Mana Burst - Boss Rush
20% dmg to bosses
Mir Skills - Reinforce
20% dmg
Mir Skills - Spread
+2 mobs
Mir Skills - Cooldown Cutter
-25% Cooldown
Fushion Skills - Reinforce
20% dmg
Fushion Skills - Install
Wind Flash +1 Blade, Thunder Dive +2 Orb
Fushion Skills - Opportunity
Wind Breath +5% HP Range, additional dmg +85% points

*Mir Skills Icon - Merge all 3 Mir Skills(2nd to 4th)
*Fushion Skills Icon - Fushion Effect(I hope som1 will understand)

I hope that it looks like good idea

So while other classes get three skills to choose from to boost, you want Evans to boost basically all of their skills that they get...?

Actully evan has boosts for most of his skills
It 12 passive boosts that it most of them
