New Leaf City Ginger Ale Drink Apparent Limit

Apparently I went to NLC to buy some Ginger Ales for Training purpose... And when I try to buy some.. Apparently I could only buy 200 and When I Did buy it. The item will act like it is Out of Stock. The Other Potions Does not have the limit but the Ginger ale Does. Anyone having this issue?
