Bug type: Exp?

Brief bug summary: Leveled up with Monster Park exp reward but did not receive +2 with burning character

More details: Received a message - "You couldn't get the #t4036519# for some reason

Steps to reproduce:

1. Be close to leveling up on a burning character while doing Monster Park
2. Level up with Monster Park exp reward
3. ???
4. No burning levels.

Character name: TinyWildH

Character level: 134 (impossible on a burning character? should have been 133->136)

Character job: Wild Hunter

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: 29/05/19 4:15pm AEST
