Fans Not Working In Tower 42 Flight Minigame

Brief bug summary: The fans at the bottom of the screen in the Flight Minigame do not provide a height boost like they are supposed to.

Steps to reproduce: Play the game, see that you're not boosted by being before/on/ahead of the fans.

Character job: F/P Mage

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: May 29th, 6:00pm EST.

    Brief bug summary: Fans that are supposed to give the player a boost upwards in 14th street flight minigame do not work.

    More details: The fans at the bottom are supposed to give the player a boost upwards, but they do nothing. It doesn't matter which angle they land on it.

    Steps to reproduce: Do 14th street sky Legends Tower 62 minigame, hit one of the fans at the bottom.

    The fans near the bottom of the map do not work for some odd reason even though it says I have the large fan effect.
