Brief bug summary: quest cant be done bc i cant stop the rain, and i cant get the quest to stop the rain

Steps to reproduce:i do not remember...but ive went throu guides and watched videos..none explains how i got stuck

    and the white key is in my bag...i can not use it to open any lock, and im not allowed to drop it....can someone just reset the quest for me?

    I can't complete that quest either and I'm in reboot. I have the key in my inventory, but keeps saying that I don't have the key to that particular lock.... :(

    It worked for me after relogging and trying repeatedly, but this should still be fixed.
