After beating the tengu and got earth element there was no next questline for it.
I always do dis questline for my character and dis is the first time i encounter dis bug.

EdiT 6/16/20 looks like there a 2 quest with mushroom shrine on the name. i pick other one and the quest resume. Problem solve
