2% MATT codex set does not work on evan

Description: 2% matt codex set applies to range but does not apply to damage dealt. This set effect however, does not work properly on evan's magic attack skills.

Battle analysis and straw dummy are used to record damage dealt BEFORE buff and AFTER buff. The dummy is hit for about 41 seconds to achieve a stable maximum hit. At 00:42, aqua road codex set is applied and range increases by 0.99% However, MAXIMUM hit recorded(1,520,009,455) does NOT change after this point DESPITE having a 2% MATT increase.

as of 6/28 3:00pm PST, this problem is still on live servers.

with further testing, codex is indeed working. however, dragon fury, hero's echo, and wh %matt are still not working.
