Can't Participate in Step Up

I'm currently training a Luminous for the link skill and I've clicked through the quest in the star tab for Step Up several times, but the icon never pops up in the star tab. Am I doing something wrong? I've done Step Up on plenty of characters already with no problems at all.

Character Level: 86
Character Job: Luminous
