Multiple Issues, Boss fight, drops and Legion

Details:

Gollux fight is currently "unavailable" as in all 4 core pieces (abdomen, shoulders and head) are not existing., can't be attacked. Image links show what I mean.
Root Abyss bosses are not dropping items nor chest. Meaning there is no reward from them.

Legion is not spawning drakes. Once you enter you will see the dragon boss and a handful of 10 drakes everytime. However they do not spawn further so there is no way to hunt golden Drakes. Additionally the only way to complete the other daily is leaving and re entering killing 10 drakes everytime,
