Bug type: Gameplay

Brief bug summary: The Jett skills Starline 2-4 were not designed around being able to jump shot, after patch 206, being able to jump shot means you jump over the mobs and miss them while using them.

Steps to reproduce: Attempt to Jump-attack any mob that is shorter than Tranquil Erdas. This includes (but is not limited to) maps like DWT, Any VJ map besides Stone/Sad/Blazing/Tranquils, most of Chuchu maps, etc.

    Hence why the jump attack change is not really that useful.

    Starline 3/4 have a hitbox range of 50 vertical units. That's shorter than the player.

    It's not the jump attack's fault. The bug is that the hitbox is smaller than the animation implies, regardless of if you're jumping or not. It was just as bad before the skill balancing. Tiny hills are Starline 4's worst enemy.

    Not just tiny hills, not just the animation, flash jumping is impracticable in most cases because the hitbox is so small vertically, especially downwards.

    It wasn't noticeable before because we couldn't Jump-attack, so even having a 1px high skill would hit... but now... yeah
