Kanna - crashing

Anytime I fight a boss I can't kill very quickly - ie Chaos Pink Bean or Madman Ranmaru, I crash early into the fight.

Has this happened to anyone else on Kanna specifically?

I've even logged a ticket and provided footage but wasn't able to remedy the issue.
