Cant change hair

Hi guys, im having a problem where my characters hair has been changed to a black toben hair.
And no matter how many times i try to change it it wont work. I have also tried changing it by buying a premium hair coupon to change it but it wont change.
Please fix asap!

    This bug is on the list of fixes for the upcoming maintenance.
    Please let us know if you still have the problem after that maintenance.
