Bug type: Quest

Brief bug summary: "Excessively Charming" is not available, possibly due to overleveling charm.

More details:
I purchased a trait potion from the event shop to use on Charm.
My charm was already level 26 (?) and the potion brought it up to level 40 but upon visiting the charm related NPCs in Henesys, none of them had any quest available for me.
My class, or lack thereof, may also be a factor.

Steps to reproduce:
Level charm past level 30
Go to Big Headward

Character name: PeeSock

Character level: 156

Character job: Beginner

World name: Broa

Date and time of the incident: Roughly 11:55 PM, September 24th

    Oh good to know I guess. Cause I was googling around and some people had experienced the same thing when leveling past 30 charm without accepting the quest.

    Level 212 Beginner and I just found out I can't get this quest either... I guess it's intentional...
