    Buff duration increase, summon duration increase and cool down reset do not work for 5th job skills.
    As far as I know and can test, only Mercedes legion puzzle block effect ( 2/3/4/5/6% cooldown reduction) affects 5th job skill.

    The hat potential, which decreases cooldown works as well.
