Can't get Wings of Fate (Mushroom Shrine)

I know this has been posted a lot before, but none of the previous answers are helping.
I just defeated tengu and got teleported back to mushroom shrine.
There are no other quests from Kino, and there are no mushroom shrine quests in any of the left-hand tabs (lightbulb etc.) except for one that just teleports me to mushroom shrine. I can't get into the forest of oblivion like another post suggested either.
I tried changing maps, re-logging in, restarting maplestory, and nothing is working.
Any have any ideas?

    Nevermind, it was at the bottom of the lightbulb thing.
