I did monster rider quest but now since koren folk town has changed im unsure where to go to complete the quest since i cant find the hog and use the perfume

    If I'm not mistaken, all the quests for monster riding are associated to Kenta. Doesn't he/she give you options to send you to maps when you talk to them?
