Bug type: quest bug

Brief bug summary:
in the quest "Castle wall repairs" the castle bricks are supposed to respawn. instead they don't, causing the quest to be impossible to complete.

More details:
tried relogging into game, no change.

Steps to reproduce:
just get to the quest, i don't know what caused this bug
