Adele Hunting Decree Mana glitch

So I've been playing Adele on Bera at 7/7/2020. I've noticed the enormous mana drain when using hunting decree. It shoul cost 40 mp to summon, but when I use it, it used more than 1000mp. Can't provide any videos but please fix/
