Bug with Springtime Sprout Hood

One of the items in the current rotations of premium surprise style boxes, the Springtime Sprout Hood, currently has an issue with its visual.
When your character is equipping it and you click on character info, enter dialogue, look at your salon, your shadow partner, etc. the hood is missing and you are left with your characters hair cropped off where the hood should be.

This is an issue that has been reported over 7 months ago and has never been fixed. As an item that many strive to get in these boxes and pay NX for, this glitch should be fixed.
