Game lags and freezes closing Sunny Sunday Message

Bug type: Freezing
Brief bug summary: After logging in, the Sunny Sunday announcement message will display. Closing out of it will cause the game to lag for a minute, or freeze all together. Have tried this with multiple characters across multiple levels, classes, and locations in game.

Steps to reproduce: Log in, close the Sunny Sunday announcement message

Character name: Any

Character level: All

Character job: Any

World name: Elesium

Date and time of the incident: July 18, 2020
