Hello, I have a serious problem, I can not enter the European version of maplestory, when I try to enter I get this problem (attached image) with the North America version I enter without problem, but I come from EMS and I can not see my characters ... Good ones! The image did not come out, the problem that when I try to enter Luna (European) I get this message (having trouble logging in?...) and then force me to close.

I am having a similar issue, however I can access the European region on my Global account.

I just can't access the European region on my Europe account.

I can access the Global region on both accounts.
