Hello,

I bought 4 chair gachapon tickets, but I couldn't place them in my inventory because of the massive lags on luna.

After about an hour of trying I decided to just go AFK for a while, after I got back my tickets were gone and my balance is still the same as it was after purchasing the tickets.

Can I please get a refund or the tickets I paid for?
