Brief bug summary: Can't start Ellinel questline for V tracker event on a beast tamer.

More details: I need to do the Ellinel questline for V tracker event but I started the event on my beast tamer to find out beast tamer can't start that questline, am i stuck with being unable to finish this event for the title?

Steps to reproduce:
-Level a Beast tamer to 30+
-Try to find Ellinel Theme dungeon quest
-Ellinel Questline nowhere to be found

Character name: BTxOtaku

Character level: 61

Character job: Beast Tamer

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 6pm EST december 1st

    I'm pretty sure she never has gotten that particular quest line.
