Demon Avenger 3rd job advancement

Hello, I've been trying all day to finish my 3rd job advancement on the demon avenger.When I go to the room mastema is suppose to be at she doesn't appear. I've tried forfeiting quest and reaquiring it, restarting the game. Is there anyone that can help please?

    I'm having the same problems. Have been unable to complete my 3rd job advancement for awhile. Please help if any one has the same issues
