Bug type: Gameplay - Skills

Brief bug summary: I'm a level 200 Zero. Prior to v178, all of my skills were maxed. After v178, I am missing 1 SP for both Alpha and Beta. When I reset my SP, I was still missing 1 SP. Currently, level 200 Zeros have 309 SP, when they should have 310 SP total.

More details: When I logged in after v178, I noticed that both Long Sword Mastery and Great Sword Mastery had their levels reduced from 10 to 9.

Steps to reproduce: Be a level 200 Zero, attempt to max out every skill.

Character name: BraveChris

Character level: 220

Character job: Zero

World name: Scania

Date and time of the incident: December 2, 2016, 5:50PM PST

    Update: Still not fixed as of 12/8.
