Blaster dynamo Gauge not reloading

I haven't played yet today, but all last night it would let my gauge get full and I could use BBE, but after that my ammo would not refill, I'm level 80 and never had an issue before.. quite frustrating because I couldn't train properly during 2x exp. going to check later today but just curious if anyone else had this issue and if it was resolved?
