Old characters all gone

Date/time and details of incident:
I just logged back in after 3 years of inactivity. My account was deactivated for that reason. I last logged in 2013. The problem I am really concerned with is I cannot find any of my other characters created in that same world (I had about one for each class). It's as if my account has been wiped. I have even checked to see if I used the right account by looking at my past purchases and yes they were in 2009-2011. I don't know why this has happened but I want my characters back for the sake of past keepsake.

Got the problem solved after investigating my other accounts...
