Bug type: Christmas stocking, when opened, have a random chance of giving reboot coins, not V coins

Date and time of the incident: nov 9 2016

    December 9, 2016*. It can't have been November 9th, 2016 because the Christmas events didn't start until December7th this year.. unless you saved a Christmas Stocking from last year and used it on November 9th. (??)
