Hyper Passive Skill isn't working the proper way

I don't know if I'm the only one getting this but, my hyper passive skills req lvl are wrong. I'm a arch mage (ice,lightning) and my hyper passive skills lvl req are the following:
Teleport Mastery : Reinforce LVL REQ: 183
Teleport Mastery : Spread LVL REQ: 162
Teleport Mastery : Range LVL REQ: 183
These aren't the only wrong, every other is wrong too. What should I do? Just deal with it?
