Shouldn't they have been in this cash shop update? :(
I charged my NX to open some and realized they weren't there...
Will they be in there next Wednesday or are they gone this year? D:

    I wondered the same thing, seeing as they were in the Cash Shop last year around this time (the 21st)...

    if it helps, this year (i wasnt around before so dunno if they had this previous years) there are a bunch of halloween outfits you can buy directly, not in a surprise box
