Reboot Master Class medal not claimable in Reboot

Brief bug summary:
The Reboot Master Class is claimable in regular worlds, but not in Reboot.

In this thread, KThxBaiNao specifically said that the medal would be available in both non-Reboot worlds AND Reboot.


Steps to reproduce:
-Have the reboot link event quest completed for the 5 types of classes.
-Log into a character on reboot
-Can't claim the reboot master class medal


Character name: N/A

Character level: N/A

Character job: N/A

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 10/19-Ongoing
