Ya, if you get enough points, the bunny gives you coins. Think you can check quest list to see how many you need. I know first two are 1000, and 1200.

Then i use spider as monstercollection with 60% drop and a dropcard winter.
This way you gain exp while u are collecting boxes.
Within those boxes u have the coins + u have extra things like traits and loveletters.
When i grind around 1hour i have like 500 boxes. So imo alot faster then all of those events/dimpq + i get exp
Note: it indeed takes abit of time to open all those boxes.
