Brief bug summary:
Beast Tamer cannot obtain the Helper in the Clouds medal (Orbis) because BT cannot start the Orbis in Danger questline.

More details: There is some kind of quest blockage for Beast Tamers that prevents them from completing this quest. Note that this doesn't apply to Hayato, Kanna, or Jett.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Level a Beast Tamer to Level 72 or higher.
2. Try to talk to Spiruna in Old Man's House in Orbis. The quest "Spiruna's Prophecy", which is part of the Orbis in Danger questline, will not be available.
