just spent 7 hours downloading the game again because an "update" button instead of "play" showed up only to freeze at 98%, when i resumed after a restart it then started from the beginning again, now I have to re download it after deleting every nexon file there is on the drive. Is THIS the best they have to offer?

    you can try with repair fuction build inside nexon launcher hope it works if you get stuck agian before you remove all the files
