Flawed OX Quiz Question

Almost everyone in the OX quiz just lost cause the statement was something along the lines of.
~The kilt is traditional to Scotland and is for both genders.~
The correct answer is to go to "O" after which it's confirmed that it's called a kilt.
But the trap where everyone fell for is the gender aspect. I looked it up and it is exclusively tied to males. Which would make the statement incorrect.
