Merge server exclusive event [reboot player]

As titled, i'm quite disappointed that non merge worlds have no new events.

Nexon should have made this an event on every server, with maybe 1.5-2x the bonus for people affected by the world merge.

    Well yes the downtime its for all but i believe the events for merged worlds are like "compensation" for the chaos and probably missing things in the next few days
