The real reasons for the removal of Star Planet were: - it was always being used by hackers for item generation and dupe hacks - it was exploited by botters to gain large amounts of Reward Points (which are almost real money) on multiple accounts. What Nexon said about the 1%/5% was not the reason for removal, it was their explanation why removal won't hurt anyone.
Monster Life, on the other hand, is harmless. So, since it takes no effort on Nexon's side to keep it going, might as well let the few people who enjoy it keep doing so.
As for fishing, from what I hear, you can't get anything worthwhile from it without buying NX.
Brief bug summary: When attempting to use Kanna's teleport skill on Commerci solo voyage, it fails, and the message "You cannot use that skill on this map." appears.
More details: Classes with a double-jump skill can use it on both solo and union voyages. All mages except Kanna can teleport both on solo and Union voyages. Kannas can teleport on Union voyages, but not on solo voyages. Since Kannas don't have a double-jump skill, and the map reduces walking speed to 100%, this makes it hard for a Kanna to deal with the enemies on the voyage. Especially Livyatan, which knocks her back to the other end of the ship, and keeps doing it while she tries to walk back into attack range.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Be a Kanna who has done the pre-quests for Commerci solo voyaging 2. Go to San Commerci: Trading Post 3. Talk to NPC Maestra Fiametta and select "Enter Trade", select a destination and cargo, and begin the voyage 4. Once on the boat, attempt to teleport left or right. 5. Observe that the character does not move, and the message "You cannot use that skill on this map" appears in the chat box.
