A guildie of mine did exactly that. Luckily for you, it works both before and after you die at level 150, so you get the pleasure of having ezmode unlocked.
Yeah, I have the infinite respawn token for the month, and it never brings be back to the map. It's either the perm one that's bugged, or the entire series of wheels themselves. =(

Fair, but don't the the red/black mastery books were added to replace the original mastery books like flames replaced nebs. Think it was more of an easier alternative like spell traces and scrolls.
No. The old books cannot be used to level up skills anymore (it just doesn’t apply), so it is essentially a useless drop to receive.
