  • [Announcement] Regarding Kanna's Haku's Blessing

    Ebontribe wrote: »
Kanna is a SUPPORT DMG Stop complaining and make a different class!

I cant make anything else cause i have spent too much time using KIshin and farming Meso so now im going to just sit here and complain for like 2 years about Kanna cause im a little butt hurt kanna abuser!

Kanna is just some dumb meso exploting hacking class tbh and ill be glad when they nerf the meso drops from bye bye like they said they are doing as well - Nexon agrees 1bil in an hour on a kanna is an abuse of the system! and that Kanna Kishin Mule accounts are in fact punishable by bans!

You can say no all you want but when it comes to it YES YOU CAN BE BANNED FOR EXPLOITING THE 'SUICIDE KANNA' TECHNIQUE AND SHOULD BE!

Finally - if Kanna gets a buff i want all classes to be buffed to be fair to the player base! all Classes MUST do the SAME damage! I mean thats basically what all the Kannas are asking for anyways so...

    BUFF SHADE!

So, I presume you're just posting nonsensical things because you're upset about this entire class which in all honesty, needs more love? Stop spreading misinformation like 'suicide kannas are bannable' and 'kishin mules accounts are bannable' btw. People in Reboot has been doing the suicide kanna strat with no issues for at least 6 months now and there's nothing in the ToS saying anything about multiple accounts breaking them. Just stop lmao.

As someone who mains bishop, I/L and kanna, kannas are definitely not doing well in terms of damage compared to even bishop (support dps btw haHAA) especially considering that kannas have hardly anything to increase party survivability (only damage) and their main skill has a vastly inferior range. They do need some buffs, if not through haku's blessing, through things like increasing dmg%/lines/attack range. All this not considering the amount of bugs they tend to get as a non-KMS class (random tengu strike bug out of nowhere, anyone?).

So... the real question is ... Sure seriously don't believe the reason for the 'lag' is due to something on your side? Na sometimes I forget you have perfect stuff so not like your internet should be having problems, node problem or someone downloading a bunch of stuff or streaming something...

Fact that you got so much bloatware on your computer that causes your computer to have resource usage which can trigger a lag spike na none of that could happen with your computer right? cause it's like $2,000 computer so no way your computer could ever have any problems like that.

Now that's not to say the servers for the game due get a bit laggy, which is another reason why a world merge is another bad idea because it will put more stress on the server hosting the game...

Also depending on how far away from the game servers you're in the world will have an impacted on the in-game play... also using a VPN or tunneling can have these problems as well...

Just because a bunch of other people say they have lag doesn't mean that they two don't have the same reason you lag, stuff running in the background of your computer, network traffic on the internet you're using ect...

People always gonna blame problems on everyone else rather then having solid proof that the reason for their lag was a nexon server related problem... Just because 10-20 people say the samething doesn't mean anything either show facts and proof that can prove without a shadow of a doubt that lag is a server related problem.

Also I do wanna say MapleStory isn't optimized really good to work with a modern computer, the images if I'm not mistaken are like BMP images which are freaking huge some in the 10mb or higher size, that and the fact that people casting skills near players can spike up everyone's CPU that's near people using skills I could sit here naming many reasons why you and others could be having the lag problems... Let's just say I rarely lag unless it's 2x and their are a lot of people on or tons of drops on the ground that my pets try to pick up for me the lag isn't that bad at all... Rarely do I face any server lag problems..

Weird, FFXIV runs buttery smooth on the Mac client (which is said to be crappier than the Windows variant) but for some reason, I still get massive frame drops looting a stack of mesos in this 2D mushroom game. I'm sure it's because of the non-existent bloatware I have on my computer, not the unoptimized quest code coded by the original programmer who thought was a good idea to have our computers run through a gigantic list of quests for EVERY meso bag picked up.

Now now lets not compare a triple A mmorpg that has a customer support number that lets you talk to a human, to a f2p mmorpg that uses bots to search/ban people.

All jokes aside I learned long LONG ago that if ffxiv can run on a 1.3ghz apu pc with 4gb free ram then that game is a fine tuned machine.

Maplestory on the other hand is like the lemon man from adventure time you dont know what will set it off or make it ban you or just out right break.

Oh snap, I'm expecting too much out of Nexon here. My bad. A game company not making sure that their game is playable to the masses though....

  • Adjust Ursus' 2x mesos timing

In light of the recent Reboot mesofarming nerf combined with the boss changes, there should be adjustments to Ursus' 2x mesos timing.

Currently, Ursus offers 2x mesos between 8PM and 9PM UTC. For people residing in Australia and in similar timezones, that's in the middle of the night / very early in the morning where people are still sleeping. And for people residing in the US and in similar timezones, that's in the middle of the day where people are at work/school. The only timezone that this caters to is the European's. It's pretty unfair that people miss out on this benefit just because they happen to live on the wrong side of the globe if you ask me. Also, it's pretty embarrassing that the global service of the game does not actually cater to the global audience (the same can be said for Kritias invasion timings...).

More 1 hour 2x mesos slots should be added so that more people can participate with the 2x mesos benefits.

So you’re either trolling with this whole post or you’re the top luckerdog in reboot. Nebulites and easy do not belong in the same sentence

    I'm not.

You are. The only conceivable legitimate way of gathering that is from being incredibly lucky with Maplehood Watch (an event that happens once a year). The only other source of significant neb boxes was mesofarming in non-kms maps which was just nerfed and is now gone. The third option which doesn't exist viably anymore since the droprate changes was farming the nlc drill boss or farming alien pq.

So the only "easy" way of getting nebs now is from being lucky in an event that happens once a year. Please elaborate on about how easy this is.

It's easy for them because they're most likely a botter if they can get nebulites (good ones at that) so easily. Don't have to care about attack speed when they can just bypass that with their hacks amirite?
