    There is a huge difference between KNOWINGLY buying hacked items and UNKNOWINGLY trading/buying hacked items. People KNOWINGLY bought hacked items while SOME UNKNOWINGLY bought hacked items. That is the difference here.

    This needs to be addressed! You punish people who dupe, not people who get items that are duped through trades/meso! There is absolutely no way to distinguish a duped item from a non-duped item!

    On Wednesday, we blocked some players who had lost their item potential.

    Just now, we have released the block and awarded these players the item with the potential they lost, if any.

    · However, we have updated the compensation for these players to be:
    o Compensation: These affected Maplers will be given:
    - Six 1-hour 2x EXP Coupons (7 day)
    - Six 1-hour 2x Drop Coupons (7 day)
    - Two Red Cubes (7 day)
    - One 7-day Hired Merchant (Mushroom House Elf)
    - 3 Black Cubes
    - 5 Philosopher’s Book
    We can't drop, buy or do anything! We are hell banned. When will this be fixed?! You said you've unblocked us but we're still locked!
