I have been leveling up my traits, but i keep leveling up charm and i dont get new facial expresion, i only have the first 4 and i should have way more than that since my charm is currently level 73

Missing skill points after purchased SP reset

On my character- Qsenon I bought SP reset scroll from Matilda Purveyor of useful Items, because I wanted to rechange 1 skill point from some kind attack skill and put in in some kind of missile buff, after this action I lost some spell points at 4th or 5th job, please check it.

"Combo Training" does not freeze with buff freezer

Bug Type: Funtionality
Brief bug summary: Buff freezers or battle roid does not freeze the 3rd job buff "combo training" when you die and respawn, while in KMS it freezes it when you die and respawn. It is really annoying having to regain combo stacks again when you die as your attack speed is really slow without it. the buff looks like this.

Here is a video of combo training not freezing when I died and respawned. The buffs are at the top right corner. <--- The buff looks like this

The time stamp of it happening is 2 minutes and 30 seconds. As you can see, my combo stacks did not stay when I died and respawned with battle roid. Buff freezers also do not freeze it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have buff freezers in your inventory or have a battle roid equipped with a heart.
2. Have at least one point in the skill "combo training" in 3rd job.
3. Repeatedly press the 1st job skill "magnum punch" and "revolving cannon" at the same time to gain the combo training buff or one combo stacks or hold the 2nd, 3rd job skill "bobbing/weaving" for 2-3 seconds then let go of it to gain the combo training buff or one combo stack. They stack up to 10.
4. Die with the buff "combo training" still activated and use a buff freezer. If you are using a battle roid it automatically uses it.
5. Respawn with the buff "combo training" still activated.
6. Look at your buffs on the top right corner. The buff won't be there when it should be.

well, this problem is already something almost recurring (especially for Reboot players) the video already speaks for itself but this lag is extremely harmful for us players who depend on mesos. we want a solution as fast as possible.. Our day to day life depends on mesos for equipment, symbols and etc.

More details: The falling block in lotus are not falling at all they are stuck up on the screen and for magnus the meteors are just not spawning at all and even if you are in the blue zone around him its acting as you are outside the blue zone. Also mention that if you die you won't revive in the boss map but will respawn on the entrance like you failed the boss at all.

Legacy Omega Sector Quests Inaccessible

Brief bug summary: Some of the legacy quests that are in Omega Sector are coded to the wrong Dr. Kim NPC which no longer exists in the new version of Omega Sector after revamp.

More details: These quests are unable to be accepted or turned in through regular means, and has to be done through a Quest Deliverer or a Quest Completer from the Cash Shop. I've done as many of them as I could, but I'm stuck on one that's not able to be handed in even through Quest Completer.

Steps to reproduce: This specific quest is through the Sleepywood Sabitrama Committee Challenge questline. After the Dual Pirate propeller quest, the quest cannot be handed in to the new Dr. Kim NPC.

[Legion] Levels not adding up to the total amount

I recently bought 2 more character slots to level up more characters for my accumulative levels in legion. When they were eligible to join legion (that is when they're over level 60), I noticed that my total level hadn't changed. It wasn't a visual bug either I think, because when I level'd up a different character that I had for a much longer time, the total level DID increase. So I'm not sure if this is a bug or if the levels applying of newly made characters takes a little while before it kicks in, but I really hope I could get some clarification about this issue. I hope I didn't just buy two character slot coupons for nothing, essentially because my main goal in levelling those characters was to increase my legion. The characters I created were Jett and Mihile, so maybe it's just because those two are bugged?

Storm Dragon - Wont pick up items

Hello. I've seen this problem before and i even wrote a comment on the tread in 2016 that i had the same problem, but nothing happend.

The problem:
I bought a permanent Storm Dragon on the EU server (Kradia) before the server merge. The dragon got meso and item pickup skill just like all pets you can buy now in the NX shop. The problem is that item pick up skill don't work and havent been for years.

Jett & BT's maple warrior still has skill delay

All other classes, including Hayato and Kanna, had their MW's skill delay removed long time ago; however, for some unknown reason, Jett and Beast Tamer still have their MW skill delay.

gacha giving 90 day mount instead of perma

Bug type: gachapierrot gave me 90 days luxury sport car mount instead of permanent

Brief bug summary: i did around 85 gachapon tickets AFTER server check in the afternoon around 6 pm to 7 pm in my buccaneer , even tho as always i got mostly junk i did end up getting a couple of items i was looking for , one being the new chair and the other the luxury car mount , i only saw the icon of it at 1st , since gachapon always give the new mounts as permanent , didn't think at look at the description , so as usual as just passed the mount and chair to my main character that is a night lord where i keep my collections , after some minutes i decided to check on the mount again , and after using it i noticed it had orange color words , curious about it decided to check again and oh surprise the mount is a 90 days mount , now in the site list of gachapon update it does not mention it having a 90 day luxury mount , but i still got one , i wanna know if you guys can fix this for me or not , it was a lot gacha with A LOT of junk and i deserve at least that mount to be perma

More details: i don't know if placing it in my storage made the glitch or if it came out 90 days from start , again i didn't think on checking since gacha gives new mounts perma

[SOLVED] unable to progress in Mechanical Hearts

EVENT: Mechanical Hearts v2

ISSUE: Phoebe never recognized the rescue of original 8 wonderoids and kept sending me into aspire to re-rescue the original 8.

More detail:
I wanted to rescue Adam and Eve on a character who had completed the original Mechanical Hearts but Phoebe never recognized the full rescue of the original 8 (see pic above) I haven't found a way around this, I wasn't able to get into the Adam and eve portal because of this. Even after dropping the quest she kept offering [discarded inventory] only. Even after re-rescuing the original 8 I could never progress onto Adam and Eve. This didn't happen on all characters. *strike all that, I thought it was the issue but it wasn't since this was a repeatable quest for coins I doubt it was the root of the problem... my bad I never kept doing that last time round.

Issue: I could never progress to adam and eve on one character who rescued all the original 8 wonderoids and I have zero clue as to why, the quest and the portal to start it all just wouldn't work on one character. Sorry I wish I could give you more info but maybe you ended the adam and eve quest earlier then the actual wonderoid event because it's due to end soon????

A bit late now as the event is about to end but FYI for future.

EDIT: I was PM in game by a player who recognized my character, basically told me to go into window mode and as soon as I went into window mode and the portal became active, nothing happened when I tried full screen. As mentioned i didn't have to do this for my other toons so no idea why I had to do it with this but if you're like me and the portal isn't working log out, log in, go into window mode then investigate and the portal should work.

The Afterlands keys are stuck in my inventory.

Bug type:
Quest ETC items were not used up and now stuck inside the inventory, with no ways to get rid of them.

Brief bug summary:
As I was finishing up The Afterlands theme dungeon, I was clicking each of the locks to unlock them. But one of them (the golden colored one in the center area of the giant door) did not have its 'trigger' on its rightful game image (it instead seems to be a little bit on the 10 o'clock side of its game image) and I had accidentally clicked the giant door itself. Yet it triggered the giant door to open and I was taken out of the theme dungeon. Although the theme dungeon was considered finished and I have obtained the gift box, I still had the leftover 7 keys that I wasn't able to use on the locks.

More details:
Each key holds 1 individual inventory slot and they are currently using up 7 of my ETC slots.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In The Afterlands theme dungeon, obtain all the remaining keys needed to open the giant door.
2. Whether it be an accident or done purposely, click the giant door rather than any of the locks.
3. Trigger the giant door to open despite not using all of the keys.
4. Will obtain the rewards for "finishing" the Afterlands, but keys that were not used are still present in the ETC inventory.
5. These Afterlands keys cannot be dropped or sold at any given moment, and now permanently stuck in your inventory.

I have posted this here now after over 10 days because:

Completing Lunar New Year title quest removes menu

Lunar New Year event notifier disappeared completely after completing the Lunar New Year title quest. I still had rewards to claim from the Lunar New Year event, the hong baos and other things. I can no longer claim those rewards.

Anachievable achevments (area exploration)

This is not so much as a bug report as it is more of a technicality.

Brief bug summary:

Some "Area Exploration" achievments are unachievable, due to the maps being blocked, or just straight up unavilable.

Prime examples:

To get this achievment you have to visit the map called "Black Heaven Main Computer on Black Heaven".

So I went to the exact place:

I firgured it may just be a map related to some quest, so I redid the entire black-heaven storyline, including every single quest in the area, on a second character (IGN: ZeroGiraffe) but not once did I happen to visit that map.

It does appear in the world map though.

The same issue occurs with similar maps that USED to exist.

To complete this chievment I will have to visit the map called "Palace of the Master"

As you can see in the message on the bottom of the picture, the area is blocked

However, through the use of teleport map, some players were able to access the now-outdated map.
Perhaps it is just not the same version of the map as was intended (I am guessing it has a different map ID)

It still doesn't register me as visiting the map.

Another example:
Nautilus - "Training Area" (has 2 versions, even though only 1 exists)
