Brief bug summary: Royal guard buff does not work properly with 50% buff duration or after v.188

Skill details before incident (before v.188 update):
Playing as Mihile, when Royal Guard is used without a 50% buff duration it applies a 12 second buff that can gain up to 5 stacks, which changes the area of affect and % damage of Royal Guard and Sword of Light, as well as providing attack boosts for each stack. Sword of Light adds 6 seconds to the buff when used.

Skill malfunctions (when the 50% buff duration inner ability is applied and after v.188 update):
- The Royal Guard buff remains to be 12 seconds (not increased to 18 seconds) when applied by Royal Guard itself, even though it is a 1st job skill
- The duration of the Royal Guard buff "reset" by Sword of Light can be visually less than 5 seconds if used just before the buff expires
- If Royal Guard was not intended to work with % buff duration, it should be noted in the skill description

Steps to reproduce:
Obtain 50% buff duration inner ability
Use Royal Guard and obtain buff
Use Sword of Light before duration of Royal Guard buff is dismissed

Brief bug summary:
I started the Afterlands theme dungeon on my new Cadena character. After completing the very first time you fight in the Greatest Warrior Ever competition, my character lost its color. This isn't supposed to happen until you reach the Land of Contemplation.

More details:
The color returns to the character during cutscenes, such as the one that plays when you first enter the Land of Riches. Then it disappears again.

Steps to reproduce:
Have a character begin the Afterlands dungeon, and play up 'til the point right after the first battle in the Land of Battle. The color should disappear during the cutscene when you bring on the night.

It would seem that every time I try to access a specific character on Demethos, my game crashes. Sometimes I can't even gain access to other characters on the same page as my bugged character on account of the game just flat out crashing.

I'll link a video of the problem that I'm having, so you get a better understanding of it.



Beginning the video, I access Khaini and have no characters on it, just to show I can access other worlds just fine. After that, there's a popup recommending that I try accessing Renegades, of which I leave open to show another issue.

The popup has moved to the character selection screen and is unable to be removed. I'm not sure if this is a part of the issue I'm having but it's definitely a problem that needs fixing.

Scrolling down on my character list, I'd like to bring your attention to my Shadower, this is the character that appears to be bugged. Whenever this character is on a character page, that page is no longer accessible unless I move the character to a different page, and in doing so, that new page will become inaccessible. I show that I've moved my Shadower to the last page of the selection screen, just to show that the page I'm currently on is alright.

I then log onto one of my characters to see that the popup at the world selection screen that has made its way onto the character selection screen, has now *made its way into the game*. Regardless of how much I click, it won't go away. I change maps and nothing different happens.

I then log off that character, only to be met with a black screen, which prompts me to restart my client.

I would show you what happens when I try to access the page of which my Shadower is currently on, but each time I do, as previously mentioned, the game crashes.

Sometimes instead of crashing, the game does manage to get onto the same screen as the Shadower, however the slot for the Shadower is empty, and is replaced by a strange pair of eyes and a purple mask (my Shadower was wearing one when this happened back in March). Quite literally just eyes floating on some random part of the screen.

I can try and access the Shadower in this case, but this only occurs once in a blue moon, and each time I try, the game, once again, immediately crashes.

So, that's my dilemma. I've sent in SEVERAL tickets regarding this issue, only to be met with robotic answers and "we'll get back to you" answers. You can definitely imagine how frustrating this must be when all of your items are on one character. Did I forget to mention that? Most of my items that allow me to play well on my main are on this character. I've requested that an employee try to access this bugged character and remove everything that's tradeable and put it in storage, however I feel like asking for such a thing is beyond the realm of possibility at this point.

I'm pretty much desperate at this point, I should have started with a forum post to begin with. I'm just hoping it's not a technical issue on their end. I want to come out of this feeling like an idiot for not fixing an issue that was being caused by my computer :P

Either way, I'm open to ALL suggestions, please. Though I've tried using the C++ redistributable package for my computer, to no avail.

More details: In all the other regions of maplestory they have a wishlish button on the character info ui, gms lacks it, or rather it's invisible; we don't have the button in gms, but when i go to play on another region of maplestory, eu not included, and i click there on; the character info, wishlist
then, i log back in to gms, click on character info, and the wish list window stays but the wishlist button is still missing, so i think the wishlish button/feature is currently bugged in gms, becasue: every other region of maplestory has it besides gms.



Steps to reproduce:

1. log into a level 10 character that has finished all tutorial quests, in another region of maplestory besides EMS ( because ems is part of gms now ) So log into either one of these: KMS/TMS/JMS/CMS/MapleSEA/THMS

2. double click on any character: yours or others and see that they have a wishlist button alongside an equiped button in the character info ui

3. click on the wishlist button, and log out of the other region maplestory

4. log in to GMS double click on: yours or any other character whos level 10 or above ( and have done all the tutorial quests ) see as the wishlist window appears, but the wishlist button doesn't

Brief bug summary:
My character is level 142 and when killing monsters in centeral way I was only gaining about 4k experience, while if I can go to say goblins which are lower level I'll be gaining around 19k. I noticed this again while leveling my other character in alishan (level 39). I want to do the quests there but it's not worth it because I am only gaining 8 exp from the monsters there.
