As well as a NX recharge, consecutively, they should also have a solution to this problem, because it would not be fair if we did not receive anything.

the days go by and no moderator or GM, gives us a solution, who would one have recourse or who knows more than you?

A solution, is what we want all members that have this same problem of not being able to receive the final gift for completing everything

NOW THAT I`VE TRIED THEM ALL BROWSERS AS SAY A MODERATOR, AND THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

NOVA sharing bug

As mentioned previously by many others (including myself) the NOVA sharing has not been working properly (as it does not complete the journey).
When I looked into the console, it said that the page that refused to work (http://maplestory.nexon.net/micro-site/nova/25420/new-playable-character-illium for me) was already shared (code: 5005) yet it did not register as a part of the 'journey'.

This may have to do with the fact that my reward count is 16/15 (I shared every article [the medals may have been the problem])

If the mods or an admin could help with the situation (Or just give those affected and has proven it the full reward), it would be greatly appreciated.

If you are wondering, yes. I have changed the browser and tried changing Social Medias, different computers and different times.

Bug Summary: Legion buffs disappear after some time when the effect of a superior potion is present. An example of this can be found here:

Damage Skin deletion issue

[Solved] Silent Crusade Quest Bug

Bug type: Kills do not get registered.

Brief bug summary: When doing the quest 'Halflinger Hostilities' as part of the Silent Crusade questline, I noticed that the kills of Blue Kentaurus, Red Kentaurus, and Black Kentaurus are not counted, while 50 kills of each is needed.

More details: Above describes it accurately.

Steps to reproduce: Simply start the questline until Chapter 2, the last quest of it, that is initiated by NPC Crow and is called 'Halflinger Hostilities'.

[DS STORAGE] Damage Skins replaced with Duplicates

I somehow ended up with a duplicate Purple damage skin on both ends of my list, and one of them overwrote another skin I'm trying to figure out.
I don't know how this happened, but it always happens (this happened TWICE TO ME NOW, first a Lovely damage skin which I paid for) after deleting skins.

If you like most of your skins, avoid deleting them. I'm afraid of even using this system anymore. Thanks for eating two damage skins I like, game.
I am so sick of this happening.

EDIT: I added a Couples Army damage skin last night and woke up to it being overwritten by A THIRD PURPLE DAMAGE SKIN. At least this time the damage skin that was overwritten was currently in the top box instead... H E L P

Visual bug for OCD: Spacing at bonus potential

Brief bug summary: As attached, for people with OCD, the visual characters spacing in bonus pot is very irritating.

Summary: Not urgent but definitely solvable by giving a better visual aesthetic experience. We have spend the NX to cube and get those bonus potential lines, but the visual OCD within me makes me very uncomfortable. Not sure about the rest of the players.

Steps to reproduce: Just bonus cube and if you get those lines, the bugs will appear. Using max resolution in game.

Mysterious Face, The face with 2 eye colors, more easily acquired through Maplehood Watch has a very interesting bug tied to it. If you use the Whoa Whoa Emote - - While using Certain Eye Colors (Use to be all eye colors) It displays a Different emote altogether, and even displaces it -

Although I personally like it doing this and think it's funny.

Bug type: missing item

Brief bug summary: Once my hayato reached 100, I got a quest from Sakuno to the left of my screen titled "mist cutter", and it was a conversation with Sakuno saying she found a blade in the woods that she would give to me, along with some armor. When I pressed okay to received it, it made that noise that plays when you have received an item, along with the sparkling explosion effect around your character. However, despite all that, the armor and weapons have not appeared anywhere in my inventory. There is no way to redo the quest again to try and get the armor.

More details: The same thing happened for my level 60 quest. I submitted a ticket back then (and o have for this as well) and Nexon says they'll "look into it" but I never received the items. I'm a little frustrated as this time I can't find any higher level equipment for my character that's level 100. Even if I did, I was really looking forward to getting the official Hayato equipment as I like it the best. Is there anything I can do??? Can I buy hayato equipment anywhere?

More details: Every item I purchased from the coin shop of the last MMF Event has the exact same amount remaining for this event (ex. items I had 0 left of last MMF have 0 left when I started this one).

Steps to reproduce: If you had formerly purchased items in the MMF coin shop last MMF, the item will have the same amount remaining for this MMF.

Hello to anyone who see this form. Here is the problem
It been a while since I played Maplestory again and I not sure what happened with the updates, but I'm not able to redo the quest I have forfeited before.

here is situation:

The problem having character is very old made (not sure how old was it) and had some quests that I did but did not finish the quest chain. These quest I have try to forfeit to get rid of from my current quest list (because I like it clean) but did not disappeared so I just ignored and left there. Now that I have came back to the character, I try to finish the quest to get rid of it. The problem come here. I can't finish the quest.

-I can't re get the quest because even if I talk to the quest giving NPC, they don't have any option to get the quest.
-The quest in the quest list does not have the forfeit option (it is grayed out so I can't click it).
-The quest does not even show the objective that I need to do to accomplish the quest (even if I mark them for quest helper, some show the objective, which even if I get the item it does not finish my quest, other just noting).

I'm not sure what to do.......

Just in case I will leave the problem quest list:

-The Committee challenges
-Goddess's Pet
-The chaos behind Alfonse Green and the Nependeath Juice
-ect.....

Unable to send NX Gift [Reboot]

When I try to gift items to another character I get a message saying unable to send.

More details:
I accidentally charged the wrong account with some NX Prepaid, and figured I could just gift what I was going to buy to the character on the right account, but when I try to send the NX item as a gift I get a message saying "Unable to send as a gift: ." Normally I'd just send in a ticket and wait it out, but as I'm trying to gift black friday items that are going to be gone in a few hours, it's kind of a ridiculous time for this issue to come up. Anyone else getting this problem and possibly found a fix?

Steps to reproduce:
-go to cash shop
-click the gift icon on any item
-enter various info including pin and character name+message
-click 'ok'
-"Unable to send as a gift: ."

When i get on Fire Raccoon's map Zipangu: Cherry Blossom Forest 2 I noticed that the level of the monster is 161.
Is that right?

Game crashes and disconnects in Ghost Park

Brief bug summary: I was finishing up Cat of All Trades quest in Ghost Park. First, the monsters stopped moving, then my skills stopped working, and finally the game becomes unresponsive just before disconnecting. The first time there was no error message. The second, the white box listing reasons why the game might have crashed (maintenance, internet connection issues, illegal program). The third time I received "Unable to Connect to Server" in-game.

Steps to reproduce: Upon first instance, the game had to be force terminated via Task Manager. The following instances the game shut down on its own. After each instance, I checked my internet connection to be sure it isn't that. It's not. Re-logged each time and entered Ghost Park , but encountered the same issue each time.. I even tried switching servers, even though I doubt that makes a difference.

It should be noted that I had not encountered any significant lag before entering Ghost Park.

Guild/Alliance Chat bug

Guild / Alliance chat getting system chat or other kinds of chat.

Brief bug summary:
There are 6 kinds of chat window mode to read our chat. They are Say, Friends, Party, Guild, Alliance and Combat. Guild or Alliance chat window mode supposedly to allow us to only see Guild / Alliance chat without getting interfered by any other chat that is not related to Guild or Alliance itself. But currently, even when we choose the Guild or Alliance, we still get getting the combat chat such as When your MP is out or when Kanna manna is running out. Or when kishin dies out. It is annoying coz i can't read chat when all of those messages skipping the Guild / Alliance chat. Supposedly Guild chat only show all guild chat and alliance chat only shows alliance chat. No other chat interference. Otherwise why would there be a Guild or Alliance mode window chat? Also when a friend is loggin in, when we are on Alliance or guild chat, it will shown there.

More details:
Try clicking on the Guild or alliance chat box mode. Then use skills until your MP running out. It will still show on the Guild / Alliance chat saying that your MP is running out. Similarly to when using Kanna, When the mana is running out or when kishin summon is off, it will show the message eventhough we are on Guild /alliance window chat mode.
Supposedly when we are on Guild /Alliance window chat mode, we can only see Guild or Alliance chat, no other kinds of chat.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play as Kanna or any other class
2. Click Guild or Alliance above the chat window
3. If you play as Kanna, you can try summon kishin. When the kishin is out, you can see "Kishin Shoukan Expired" on the window chat. Or you can used up the mana. When there is no mana, it will show you"Not enough mana for this skill" on the chat. It is supposely only for Guild / Alliance chat. If you use another class, you can used up the MP and cast a skill. It will say MP run out. Also try to get someone on your buddy list login., even when we are at Guild / Alliance chat, it will show "[Friend] Angelsky23 has logged in. (Suppoosedly only "Say" or "Friends" will show that kind of message, not Guild or Alliance chat window mode.
4. Those chat doesn't related to Guild or Alliance chat.

Unkillable monsters

Brief bug summary:
There are sometimes unkillable monsters on maps, probably due to hackers

More details:
Sometimes when entering a map, all the monsters are grouped on 1 platform (probably due to a hacker). When you try to kill them, sometimes, 2 or 3 of them refuse to die. They don't have an healthbar and can take any amount of damage.

Steps to reproduce:
Switch channels untill you find a map with all the monsters grouped up, then try to kill all of them.
