Brief bug summary: After defeating the Lookout Parrot in one of the hatches, the NPC is nowhere to be found, so I cannot obtain the quest to continue the Feline Pirate Ship quest.

More details: The Lookout Parrot NPC *did* appear the very first time I found & defeated it. After I completed its quest, however, subsequent days after defeating it, it did not appear. The Helmsman Gorilla and Navigator Otter DO appear after defeating them, so it seems to only affect the Lookout Parrot. (Note that I did NOT ever finish the quest for the Feline Pirate Ship, since I was disconnected by a "Police GMMaplestory" glitch before I could find the Feline Pirate Ship after acquiring the Lookout Parrot. The Parrot has since expired, so I'm trying to complete its quest again for another shot at the ship...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Find the Lookout Parrot in a hatch.
2. Defeat it.
3. The NPC will not spawn.

NOTE: I'm not sure if it's related, but the parrot stopped spawning AFTER I completed its quest the first time. Ever since, while the monster DOES spawn, the NPC does NOT spawn after I defeat the monster. So it may be necessary to complete its quest once and trying it again to trigger the bug.

Brief bug summary: If Invasions are completed within around 90 seconds (only happens in Reboot as far as I know) then there's a second Invasion at around 12-13 minutes past the hour. Allowing people to complete up to double the usual amount of Invasions.

More details: This has been going on for many months now, I've avoided doing Invasions entirely because of it. Occurred to me since it's only Reboot that clears Invasions so fast (as far as I know) Nexon might not have been made aware.

Steps to reproduce: Just clear the invasion fast enough, happens very often on Reboot, especially at peak hours.

Bug type: Abnormal Lag using freature in the game

Brief summary: When using Transfer Hammer it can lag a LOT.

More details: Usually on characters with more eqps that can use the transfer hammer(high lv ones) will lag astronomic more in comparison to others who have 1 to maybe 5 eqps that can transfer the potentials.

Character Name: Ivangoldes, but can be any char with eqps to transfer.

Character level: 232, but can be much lower if you have eqps.

Character job: Marksman, but can be any.

8 of my friends has reported that Game Freeze Crash and Disconnected is happening again to them. And i my self have been getting that 15 times past 2 days.

I hope it is not going to get worse like a week ago. Otherwise the compensation is useless. 8 of my friends already complaning getting Disconnecting, gamee freeze and crash again. And i my self have been getting that 15 times past 2 days. I wasting my time to just login and loading the game probably like 2 hours. After a week of normal game, it starts become a disaster again. Pls man, we have just gotten like 2 weeks+ of nightmare. Pls address this issue as fast as possible. This is getting annoying. Especially when we were trying to go partying inside Hard Magnus. 1 player disconnected. We have waited for him to came back online after game crash. But as soon as he came back online, another party member got a game crash. And members was taking turns getting game crash/ disconnecting. We waste like 1 hour just for waiting members to came back online. So annoying. Pls address this issue as fast as possible. after what has been happening, can you do something carefully?

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play in game either grinding/levelling, farming mesos, bossing, changing channel for 2-3 hours.
2. You will get game crash, game freeze or disconnecting from game

Edit: It appears that the issue might only be visible to yourself? ie other people don't see your name getting censored, but if they themselves were to get censored they'd see that, but I wouldn't )

I have done everything conceivable in my power to fix it uninstall/reinstall launcher and game. release/renew ip address, reset computer, reset router. i deleted all my registry keys that were labled with nexon in my registry software both for hk users and current users it seems like the problem is from nexon server side. how do i get help for this

Brief bug summary: Characters created on or after September 13 can't World Leap, contrary to all web notices on eligibility.

More details:
The World Leap event was first announced in the Update Notes http://maplestory.nexon.net/news//24928/ posted August 18th.
Then in a separate "prepare" web notice: http://maplestory.nexon.net/news//25158/ posted September 12th.
And finally in an announcement http://maplestory.nexon.net/news//25272/ posted September 19th.
All of these announcements say the only date-related requirement for leaping is that the character be level 33 or higher before the event starts, on the 19th:
As long as your character is Lv. 33 or above before the event begins on September 19, they will be eligible to move to a new world.
However, in the notice posted on the 19th there was also a screenshot of Maple Admin's dialog

in which she states that character created after September 13th cannot transfer.
And, unfortunately, that is indeed the way the event is coded. People who created characters in the last week (for example, in order to take their cash inventory to the new world; the original Update Notes said that it would be transferred for non-Explorers, and only the "prepare" notice, on the 12th, said it wouldn't) cannot move them.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Be a character that was created after September 13, and reached level 33 before 5PM PDT on September 19.
2) Attempt to speak to NPC Mover to move to another world.
3) Observe that you are told you don't qualify.

As you can see in the screenshot, my android and familiar are semi-transparent while my pets remain the same as ever.:

It was working fine for me while in Tespia, I don't know why it's not working on live server.

While we're at it, I'd like to suggest adding a few more options (like checkbox) so we can choose whether we want to disable semi-transparency on pets, android, and familiar.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Go to Options/Graphics to change the Skill Effect Transparency.
2) Look at your android and familiar turning semi-transparent while your pets remain opaque.

Equipping the 'diamond self filling recovery potion' with the pet auto HP potion skill causes the character to essentially have infinite lives during Chaos Vellum. After the first death, further hits by an instant kill ability such as Vellum's tails causes the character to instantly respawn without loss of buffs or a deduction to the death counter.
Not sure if it happens in other bosses besides Cvell.
