I think it takes 2 weeks for new account limits to be removed, from what I read. I can try to gift something back, provided there's no level requirement, but it won't take me that long to get to 60.

I was playing the game just like any other days, so I still don't know why I got the ban.
I was playing with my main character, and I logged out to train my other character. When I tried to log in, suddenly a ban message came up.
I submitted multiple tickets regarding this, however the answers were the same saying that they are not going to lift the ban.
It would've been better if they could show me a proof or tell me what I exactly did wrong so I can avoid it in the future.
Anyway, my question is: are players unable to play the game again after they get a permanent ban? Is there no way of getting released from the permanent ban?
Plus, has anyone experienced anything like this?
