Lost Burning Effect Upon Completion of 2nd Burn

I had 2 burned characters - one from each recent event. I recently hit 151 on my burning character from this most recent event. My other burned character (from the website event) is level 62, and lost its burning effect randomly - i'm guessing its because I hit 151 on my other burned character. The patch notes stated 2 burning characters can be kept simultaneously. I demand compensation.

    Do you remember what date you started the level 62 character burning?
    Remember that the burn from a burninator only lasts 14 days.
